Sauna Bliss – Sweat, Glow & Flow
Step inside, settle in, and let the warmth do the work.
Our Clearlight Infrared Sauna is more than just heat — it’s your little cocoon of calm where tension melts away, muscles sigh in relief, and your body resets from the inside out.
✨ Why you’ll love it:

Think of it as a “glow session” for your whole body. 💫

A Gentle Reminder
​We love to keep things safe and cozy. 💛 If you’re pregnant, have heart conditions, blood pressure issues, diabetes, or are under medical care, check with your doctor before stepping in. And always listen to your body — step out if you feel too warm.

Before your session:

  • Hydrate: Drink a glass of the supplied energized water or bring your own bottle.
  • Dress light: Most people wear a swimsuit or light workout clothing. Towels are provided.
  • Remove electronics & jewelry: Phones, watches, and metal accessories can overheat.
During Your Session
  • Relax & breathe: Sit or recline comfortably — the sauna does the work for you.
  • Time frame: Most sessions last 20–40 minutes. You can leave early if you feel lightheaded or too warm.
  • Listen to your body: If you feel dizzy, step out, cool down, and hydrate.
  • Enjoy extras: Some like to stretch, meditate, or practice breathwork while inside.
After Your Session
  • Cool down slowly: Step out, sit for a minute, and let your body adjust.
  • Rehydrate: Drink plenty of water or an electrolyte drink.
  • Shower or towel off: Helps remove toxins and sweat from the skin.
  • Take it easy: Your body just worked hard — enjoy the post-sauna calm.

⚠️ Safety Notes
  • Not recommended for those who are pregnant, have uncontrolled high blood pressure, or certain medical conditions — check with your doctor first.
  • Always use as directed and stop immediately if you feel unwell.
  • Must have a waiver signed before use.
